REFUND POLICY

Foothills Helicopter Training Academy offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on the initial enrolment fee for online ground-school purchases. To qualify, your refund request must be submitted within 14 days of your order date and you must have accessed less than 20% of the course content at the time of the request.

This usage cap is in place because our ground-school course can be completed in a short period of time. Refunds are not available once 20% or more of the course material has been viewed, or after the 14-day window has passed.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and locate the order using the email address you used at checkout, or contact us through our website and we will assist you in submitting the request to Paddle.

PROCESSING

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer and are typically completed within 5–10 business days after Paddle issues the refund.

IN-AIRCRAFT FLIGHT TRAINING

This policy covers online ground-school purchases. In-aircraft flight training, block-hour deposits, and instructor time booked directly with us are governed by the booking terms provided at the time of scheduling.
